Objectionable odors in bathroom and dining area of the establishment. Spoke with manager about odor and he stated they have a shared drain system with the plaza and have a company coming out tomorrow at 8am to check their drains.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine tested with 0PPM, saw was attached to empty chlorine container. Operator switched to new container.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shelled eggs over ready to eat cheeses in walk in cooler. Employee moved eggs to bottom of shelf.
Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee touch his phone with gloved hands and then return to food preparation. Spoke to Owner about importance of handwashing and changing of gloves. Employee then washed hands and changed gloves.
