Cook removed all foods and started the reheating process.

Observe tomato sauce,cooked vegetables, chicken, meatloaf, cooked vegetables (90-114F - Hot Holding), operators stated that all food was reheated to 165 F earlier in the morning and left element off. Operator put all food in oven to reheat food to 165F.or higher.
