Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. At triple door stainless steel reach in cooler: raw shelled eggs stored above several ready to eat prepped food items. Operator stored correctly.

Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed pots and catering pans upright and exposed, advised operator to invert catering pans and pots.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet nesting of food storage containers on storage rack.
