Food stored on floor. In the kitchen, next to the rear door, a bag of flour with a scoop in it was stored on the floor. The bag was moved off of the floor.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. On the prep table, a spray bottle of oil was not labeled. A label was applied.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the reach in freezer, raw chicken not commercially packaged was stored over cooked chicken. The raw chicken was moved to the bottom.
Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. The sausage buns at the front counter were missing the time marking. They were prepared at 8:00am today. The time marking was applied.
