Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification. Person in charge provided photo paper copy proof of 2 certificates that has 2 different names by ServSafe. Both forms appears altered with both having same exam form number 4862 and certificate number 10346344. Name on one form is Natalia B Lorincz and other certificate with name Jeremy A Chinchilla and both have date of exam 2-11-20 and expiration 2-11-25. Also unable to find neither names on ServSafe website and certificate number does not exist. New proof of manager certification is needed
