Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed the cook crack shell eggs onto grill with gloved hands, remove gloves and place on new gloves without washing hands in between gloves change.

Observed employee crack raw shell eggs onto the grill then handle seasoning containers and spatulas without washing hands in between tasks. Operator spoke with employee on proper procedures.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice chute of soda machine in dining room has black mold-like substance. Also, underplating of soda machine in dining room has accumulation of debris.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Utensil for chocolate chips in container at prep area has handle in product. Operator moved to proper storage.
