Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed water drain line from dish tank running into a pan on floor, manager stated that they have a repair order called in to fix.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
Ordered shut on the spot. 3 violations recorded, 2 of them the tier the state says can make you ill. A reinspection is required before this kitchen may reopen.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee handles raw chicken with gloves then changed gloves with no hand wash.
