Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed clear plastic containers stacked on top of each other with visible signs of moisture and unable to air dry stored next to three compartment sink.

Food stored on floor. Observed water bottles stored on floor in walk-in cooler. Person in charge lifted water bottles to proper location.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Observed one employee on cook line person in charge stated was hired more than 60 days prior and was unable to find food handler training for.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed clear plastic cup with no handle stored in parmesan cheese in walk-in cooler. Person in charge removed cup.
Clean utensils or equipment stored in dirty drawer or rack. Observed clean utensils stored in purple container on bottom shelf of pizza stretch station.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed cutting boards stored next to three compartment sink with grooves and no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Observed garbage on ground around dumpster at side of establishment.
