Observed two gallons of milk opened with no date mark. Per manager milk was opened on 12-14-23 and 12-16-23. Manager labeled milks during inspection.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hand-wash sink in front of large reach in coolers shut off due to hot water inoperable.
Drain cover(s) missing. Drain cover missing on floor at dish area.
