Operator removed the drinks. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the employee.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed multiple wet wiping cloths stored out of the sanitizer bucket. Operator put the cloths in the buckets.
