Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing: hallway to exit across from theater 6 missing approximately 10 pieces of cove molding.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris: 1. Floor in lobby had food spilled on it. The food was cleaned up during the inspection.. 2. Floor in lobby is sticky. 3. Excessive amount of soda syrup on floor around the soda box rack.
Hole in or other damage to wall: hike in wall behind ice machine; hole in wall between office door and door to theater 5.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust: exterior of ice machine excessively dirty with white substance (possibly calcium).
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination: single service beverage cups in racks next to soda machines are dirty from splashing of soda being dispensed. Operations Manager placed plexiglass along the sides of the soda machines to prevent splashing onto the cups. Additionally, cups were discarded during the inspection and replaced with new ones.
Water draining onto floor surface: leak in ceiling in hall across from theater 5.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry: 3 wet mops are being stored in the mop sink and not hung up to dry. Operations Manager had it corrected during the inspection.
