Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Chlorine testing at 0 PPM. Ran the chlorine dish machine a few times and the machine was primed. Three compartment sink was set up with quaternary sanitizer testing at 200 PPM.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw pork stored above bucket of curry and a box of unwashed potatoes inside the walk in cooler. Item was moved to bottom shelf.
