Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop inside the mop bucket. Operator removed the wet mop to hang to allow the mop to dry.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet wiping cloth at Make Table. Operator placed the wet wiping cloth back in the sanitizer solution.
