No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. For chlorine sanitizer. Not available at time of inspection.
No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. No batteries, thermometer was inoperable at time of inspection.

Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. At front counter area- Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200ppm).
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. On display menu no indication that smoked Salmon is served raw/undercooked- operator corrected and properly identified all raw/ undercooked items.
