In reach in cooler front of the grill; raw sliced steak (49F - Cold Holding); milk base butter (47F - Cold Holding); raw filet beef (48F - Cold Holding); ambient (47F- Cold holding. Per operator everything moved to reach-in cooler from walk in fridge for two hours. Operator moved all items back to walk in cooler.
