Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed tuna tartare offered on the menu without being identified as raw item. Menu is printed in house, so they reprinted the menu while I was conducting the inspection.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in the WIF.

Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed bar dishwasher machine with chlorine sanitizer 0 ppm. No dishwasher utensils inside. Sanitizer bucket was not connected, 2 detergent buckets were installed. Executive chef requested the sanitizer immediately. Machine was calibrated.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : milk (44 F - Cold Holding); half/ half (45F - Cold Holding) at coffee station inside reach in cooler for less than 4 hrs. Compressor was covered with papers and temperature went up. Chief engineer fixed the problem.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in the walk in freezer.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed a leak on hand sink faucet located at the ware washing area.
