Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed Gelato cups stored inside gelato topping containers. Operator removed gelato cups.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Clean buckets for mixing gelato, gelato holding containers not stored inverted at storage racks in kitchen area.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed Scoop handle in contact with pistachios in storage container at back prep area. Operator stored properly.
