Observed pepperoni (50 F - Cold Holding); cheese (50 F - Cold Holding); prosciutto (50 F - Cold Holding) inside the reach in cooler at the front. As per manager foods were stored around 12:00 pm this morning. Employee removed all the foods and placed them inside the walk in cooler.
Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Observed reach in cooler at the front it is not working properly.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee opened beverage next to the oven.

In the refrigerated drawers located next to the pizza oven observed cut lettuce (51F - Cold Holding); cheese (52F - Cold Holding); prosciutto (52F - Cold Holding), as per employee for less than 4 hours, employee removed all food items and stored it in the walk in cooler for a rapid cool.
