Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed gap at the threshold of back door of establishment.

Food stored on floor. Observed fryer oil in container stored on floor next to fryer. Owner moved oil to proper storage area.

Ordered shut on the spot. 8 violations recorded, 3 of them the tier the state says can make you ill. A reinspection is required before this kitchen may reopen.

Dead roaches on premises. Observed approximately 21 dead roaches in the following locations: 8 in walk in cooler, 4 under three compartment sink, 1 in flour cup bin, 3 under fire grill, 2 in front of bathroom, and 3 in dry storage.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed pans in dish area wet nesting.
Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed hand wash sinks turned off due to leaking pipes. Operator stated plumber has ordered parts to fix pipes.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet wiping cloth on prep table.
