Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed food debris spilled in between reach in cooler avocado on the floor in the pantry station.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in the bottom of reach in cooler located on the fryer station.
Wiping cloth used for food spills also used for other purposes. Observed soup bowls stored on wiping cloths on the counter.

Heat strip failed to turn black to indicate the sanitization temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit was achieved on the dish surface and/or high temperature holding thermometer did not reach 160F. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired.
