Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Stand up reach in cooler: raw chicken stored above brownies. Discussed with the operator and provided the handout for the proper storage of food. Operator placed the brownies on the top shelf and the raw chicken on the bottom shelf.
