Hot water takes too long to reach handwash sink resulting in employees using only cold water to wash their hands. Observed the handwashing sink in the kitchen nearest the drive-through window water takes too long to reach a minimum of 85F resulting in employees washing hands with cold water.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry in the mop sink. The operator properly stored the wet mop.
