Employee handled visibly soiled wiping cloth while cleaning and soiled wiping cloth bucket lid while discarding wiping cloth and then handled clean equipment and unwrapped single service cups and lids to prepare drinks for customers without washing hands. Operator discussed with employee who then washed hands.
Water draining onto floor surface. At hand wash sink next to grill; water draining onto floor. Drain line separated, Operator repaired, removed water from floor.

Trash receptacles not provided where needed in establishment. At drive thru hand washing sink; no trash can to dispose of used paper towels. Operator provided trash can.
