Live, small flying insects found Approximately 6 small live flying insects in dining room on windows. Approximately 1 small live flying insect on electrical cord hanging from ceiling at cook line. Approximately 1 small live flying insect flying around 3 compartment sink. Discussed with operator to kill all flying insect and clean and sanitize areas.

Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. At walk in cooler, unwashed lemons stored above bagged cut apples. Advised operator of proper storage. Operator stored correctly.
