Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw fish and raw chicken stored over ready-to-eat McGriddles in two door vertical reach-in freezer next to fryers. Operator moved and stored correctly.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed handwash sink out of order with an out of order sign due to damage that happened to pipe. Operator has repair scheduled for today.
