Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee wearing gloves took soiled equipment to dishwash area then returned to cook line and handled a spatula, then took a Wet wiping cloth and began wiping prep table and equipment, then touched their nose and continued wiping brown equipment, without removing gloves, washing hands and putting on clean gloves. Discussed with Manager.
