Person in charge moved sausage to proper storage levels.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed; missing vacuum breaker on non-chemical dispenser side of splitter at mop sink faucet. Missing vacuum breaker on both sides of splitter on hose bibb located on exterior of build near drive-thru lane speakers. Employee added vacuum breakers to all necessary fittings.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed employee cell phone stored on prep table near single service items at main to-go window. Person in charge removed cell phone.
Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed missing drain plug on cardboard dumpster at rear of establishment.
Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Observed old food build up in containers stored on clean dish rack in dry storage near three compartment sink. Person in charge moved containers to three compartment sink for rewashing.
