Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. In small single door reach in freezer raw beef burgers in opened package stored over opened package of raw bacon. Bacon is raw per person in charge, not indicated on the box. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.
