Discussed with Manager.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Reach in cooler next to fryer had COLD HOLDING Hamburger 46F; eggs 45F. Items had been there for an hour. Discussed with manager and manager found that reach in cooler had not been turned on. Manager turned reach in cooler on.
