Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed employee drink water from open bottle. Encourage operator to use cup with straws.

Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed pans on rack in ware wash area not inverted
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed several employees handling food wearing dangling bracelets.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice building up on door in walk in freezer
Missing drain plug at dumpster.

Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop not hung to dry, as per operator, employee had just finished mopping and hung up to dry.
