Operator had repairman come to check on cooler. Observed employee put on blue gloves, placed raw beef patty on flat top, change gloves and continue process by grabbing raw onions placed on flat top with no hand wash in between use of gloves. Observed employee remove gloves and wash hands properly before continuing. Coached employee on proper hand wash techniques between uses.
