Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observed employee crack shell eggs onto the grill, handled clean utensil, removed gloves and handled clean pans and utensils without washing hands. Manager coached employee and employee washed hands.
