Interference/obstruction with the inspector's right of entry and access at any reasonable time. Inspector was obstructed by employee after inspector adequately provided adequate credentials. Employee spread her hands and placed herself in path of inspector while entering. Inspector finally entered into kitchen after explaining that inspector cannot be obstructed.
