Employees touched lid of soiled wiping cloth disposal container while disposing visibly soiled wiping cloth and then handled clean equipment and utensils while preparing food for customers without washing hands. Employee touched garbage can and then handled clean utensils and unwrapped single service articles to serve hash browns to customers without washing hands. Operator discussed with employee(s) who then washed hands.
Equipment in poor repair. Cold holding drawer at cook line handle loose, not connected on side. Advised Operator to repair/replace.
Plumbing system in disrepair. At hand wash sink next to ice machine; faucet handles do not shut off water entirely, water supply has to be turned off under sink. Advised Operator to repair/replace.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. At cook line; employee went from mopping the floor, put on gloves and then began preparing food without washing hands. Discussed with Operator. Operator discussed with employee who then washed hands and changed gloves.
Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. At hand wash sink next to triple sink; no hot or cold running water provided. Operator stated hand wash sink is inoperable. Advised Operator to repair hand wash sink.
