Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed storage unit in dumpster area with gap in the bottom of the door.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in reach in freezer holding fries on the right side of fryers. Ice build up in walk in freezer on condensers.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Emailed a copy of poster to operator. Manager printed and posted.

Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed build up on lemonade and orange juice machine. Observed build up on soft serve machine. Observed build up in soda machine area behind ice shoot. Operator cleaned and sanitized these areas. Observed build up of grease in hood filters above fryer station for fries and meat frying station.
Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed standing water in reach in cooler underneath auto,attic coffee machine. Made operator aware.
Wood food-contact surface not properly sealed. Observed dry storage shed in dumpster area shelves were not sealed.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Chemical spray bottle stored inside Employee handwash sink adjacent to Dish machine. Manager removed spray bottle during time of inspection.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. No plans for lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes on make line. A form has been provided to manager of establishment at time of inspection.
