Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee dropped object on floor, picked it up to throw away and back to work without washing hands. Manager spoke with employee.
Employee washed hands with cold water. Observed employee wash hands using cold water during inspection. Discussed with manager proper hand washing procedures with hot water to ensure proper hand washing.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed hose bib with a splitter without vacuum breaker.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed during inspection food debris on juice,milk and shake dispensers. Manager had employees wipe down all surfaces during inspection.
