Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Chlorine testing at 0ppm, manager adjusted chlorine to 200ppm during time of inspection.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Blocked by pressure washer next to Dish machine. Manager unblocked sink during time of inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee wetting wiping cloth at Employee handwash sink next to fry station. Discussed with employee.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Located at front line, adjacent to drive-thru station, and at adjacent to Dish machine. Employees provided paper towels to all sinks during time of inspection.

Discussed with employee the importance of handwashing after touching anything soiled before wearing gloves. Employee washed hands then wore new gloves during time of inspection.

Discussed with operator the importance of sanitizing all equipment after washing and rinsing. Employee rewashed, rinsed, and sanitized equipment during time of inspection.
