Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. The hot water switch handle unable to turn on, no hot water running in handwash sink at deep fry station. Running water for 2 minutes, temped 73 F.

Ran dish machine multiple times, tested 0ppm chlorine. three-compartments sink set up for manually wash, rinse and sanitize food containers and equipment.
