Establishment operating with no potable running water. Establishment received boil water notice from city of wildwood utility department. Upon arrival for an info call we observed the establishment serving fountain drinks, washing hands in hand wash sinks and ware washing. Discussed with manager who stated they were aware of the notice. Manager ran water from hand wash sink into cup and water appeared yellow.
