No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Paper towel dispenser missing at dishwash area. Manager advised that it was removed to replace dispenser on cookline. Manager ordered new dispenser and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop not in use stored in mop bucket and floor. Manager placed mops to air dry
