Bathroom facility not clean. Observed excessive water on floor in women's restroom. The manager had restroom cleaned and floors mopped in both restrooms during inspection.
Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach-in cooler holding cheese gasket torn.

Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters unprotected above coffee machine. The coffee filters were placed into container.
