Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand washing sink in the dishwasher area blocked by a red mop bucket and a broom. The manager removed the items.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Gray jacket on the end of a dry storage shelf with m&m's mini and hot mustard sauce located in the dishwasher/ dry storage area. The jacket was removed.
