Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed in reach in cooler next to fry station.
Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed both Fries reach in cooler and stand up reach in cooler next to that.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed coffee filters. Manager removed items, and placed them in the trash.
