Standing water in floor drain/floor drain draining very slowly. Slow draining floor drain beside dish machine, causing water to overflow onto floor. Inspector verified all other drains in sinks are draining properly.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Hand soap stored on shelf above single-use gloves inside storage closet. Manager stated the gloves will be used for handling food. Employee removed some of the gloves from the shelf and labeled the remaining gloves as "cleaning only".
Employee with artificial nails/nail polish working with exposed food without wearing intact gloves. Employee in front of kitchen with painted and/or artificial nails handled fries without wearing gloves. Manager had employee put on gloves during this inspection.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Interior of cabinet below fountain machine in lobby soiled with mold-like substance.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine 0ppm. Manager ran machine three times, still 0ppm. Machine appears to be unable to dispense sanitizer pellets. Inspector instructed manager to discontinue use of the dish machine for sanitizing and utilize the three compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize.

Manager had employee stop, wash hands, and put in new gloves before returning to the cookline.
