Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Mop sink in closet at dining room has a splitter added with no device on hose connection side.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Clean towel bucket 100+ ppm chlorine. Manager had employee refresh sanitizer to 100 ppm.
