Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed build up of ice on ceiling of walk-in freezer. Person in charge stated repair tech is onsite for AC and will look at freezer today.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed female bathroom missing hand washing station. Person in charge added hand washing sign during inspection.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dishmachine sanitizer at 0ppm chlorine. Machine is indicating sanitizer pellets are empty but the hopper is full. Person in charge placed work order with service provider.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Observed open container of pure leaf tea next to burrito mix in walk-in cooler. Person in charge moved to bottom shelf.
