Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Operator told inspector that dish machine broke this morning. It is unable to be tested as it is not able to run a cycle. The three compartment sink was already set up and being used at the time of inspection. Operator placed sign on the dish machine stating that it is not working. Discussed inspection with Supervisor Benedict. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization (3-compartment sink) until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly.
