To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. All food handler certificates on site expired 2024. Other certificates do not have dates and cannot be determined when completed
Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dishwasher sanitizer is not reaching dish surface. Testing 400ppm on bottom of machine and testing 0ppm on dish surface. Machine is not in use at time of inspection. Advised manager to have eco lab out to adjust machine.
Ice bucket not stored inverted or in a protected manner.

Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Floor under the front beverages station. Informed Manager.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor around floor drain at hand wash sink in kitchen, by ice machine.
