Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Chef observed cracking raw shell eggs with gloves. Gloves changed to handle ready to eat sausage patties. Hands not washed in between changing gloves. Manager Instructed employee to wash hands before gloves are put on.

Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection... observed at 4:14 burrito 47 F prepped at 2:pm cooling with covered and stacked pan at walk in cooler. Took another temperature at 4:51 it was 46F. Mana removed food to walk in freezer.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times....blocked by sanitizer solution buckets. Manager removed buckets.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink by the kitchen. Employee provided
