Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed their dish machine at 0ppm chlorine. Operator finagled with some of the pipes and reran it a couple of times until it tested at 100ppm.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed an employee use their hand sink to rinse a scrubby. Operator reviewed with the employee on the sinks proper use.

Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed their sanitizer buckets at 250ppm chlorine. Operator remade them to 100ppm.
Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine. Observed debris build up on the top of the dish machine.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed two employee jackets stored over single service articles in the dry storage area. Operator removed them.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed two employees wearing watches while preparing food. Operator had them take them off.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed their drive through ice scoop handle in contact with ice in their ice machine. Operator removed it.
